Does it come with a warranty?

Velotric has a 2 year parts and labor warranty and Amped Adventure has a 3 year labor warranty if purchased from Amped Adventure.

What happens if I don't like it?

Please test ride as many times as you like before purchasing, but if you don't like it and haven't ridden it yet, you can get a full refund.

How long until I get my bike?

What's the returns policy?

If you haven't ridden it yet, you can get a full refund. If there are less than 10 miles on it and no damage, you can return it with a $300 fee, if there are more than 10 miles on it, we will refund you the value determined by upway.co

  • My new Velotric Breeze 1

    I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Velotri Breeze 1. I wanted to get a lighter much lighter bike than my previous bike but had concerns about strength, durability and power of a lighter ebike. The Breeze 1 met all of my needs. I was also concerned about not having a suspension fork with the roads/trails I ride. It doesn't really effect my riding with the standard fork. I got the Velotric suspension seat post for it which may cover for the fork some.
