Company Background - Velotric was founded by Adam Zhang, hardware Cofounder at Lime in 2021 after he build over 1 million ebikes and e-scooters, with an idea to make the best ebikes for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Synchrony in store Financing, Shop Pay Financing online.

What is your return policy?

If you haven't ridden the bike and change your mind, we will refund your money. If you have ridden the bike less than 5 miles we will refund your money, if you've ridden it 5-25 miles there is a $300 refund charge. If you've ridden more than $25 miles we will take it as a trade in for whatever upway.co will offer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to be very accommodating so reach out asap, as we can likely change or cancel any order.

How do I work my new bike?

We will show you how to operate, charge, ride, and take care of your new eBike.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Velotric has a 2 year parts and labor warranty, Amped Adventure discounted preventative maintenance plans to keep you on the road.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship domestic or internationally?

We CAN drop ship Velotric's domestically but NOT internationally.

Do you Deliver Locally?

We can deliver locally in the Seattle area. It's $50 if 10 miles or less from our shop, $75 for 10-20 miles, and $100 for 20-30 miles. Call for over 30 miles.
