Have your bike professionally assembled, test ridden, and ready to ride. This will cost you at least $180 if you buy from the manufacturer and have it sent to us for assembly.

If you buy from Amped Adventure we give you a free 3 year labor warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. You just get more.

Delivery Available

For an extra charge we can deliver your fully built bike to your doorstep. Bikes are sometimes hard to transport, we can take care of that for you.

Rad Power Bikes

Mike Radenbaugh built his first ebike in 2005 as a way to get to high school and back, became totally obsessed, and founded Rad Power Bikes. For years he operated as a sole proprietorship, converting traditional bikes into electric bikes for local customers based on each person's individual needs.

Mike always knew ebikes were the future of transportation, and his childhood friend and college roommate Ty Collins thought so too. In 2015, they joined forces to bring Rad Power Bikes to the masses. They relaunched the brand as a direct to consumer business with their first manufactured model -- the RadRover electric fat bike -- and have been on a wild ride of hypergrowth ever since.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Synchrony in store Financing, Shop Pay Financing online.

What is your return policy?

If you haven't ridden the bike and change your mind, we will refund your money. If you have ridden the bike less than 5 miles we will refund your money, if you've ridden it 5-25 miles there is a $300 refund charge. If you've ridden more than $25 miles we will take it as a trade in for whatever upway.co will offer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to be very accommodating so reach out asap, as we can likely change or cancel any order.

How do I work my new bike?

We will show you how to operate, charge, ride, and take care of your new eBike.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Rad has a 2 year parts and labor warranty on their bikes. Amped Adventure adds a 3 year labor warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship domestic or internationally?

We DO NOT ship Aventon's domestically or internationally.

Do you Deliver Locally?

We can deliver locally in the Seattle area. It's $50 if 10 miles or less from our shop, $75 for 10-20 miles, and $100 for 20-30 miles. Call for over 30 miles.
