Service Technician – E-Bike & E-Scooter

Location: Lake Forest Park, WA
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role


Our Service Technicians are the backbone of our shop. You will diagnose, repair,
and maintain electric bikes and scooters, ensuring every customer leaves with a
safe, reliable, and great-riding vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair e-bikes and e-scooters (mechanical and electrical)
  • Perform maintenance, safety inspections, and tune-ups
  • Assemble new e-bikes and scooters for sale and delivery
  • Troubleshoot batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring
  • Document service work, parts, and labor using Lightspeed POS
  • Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with bikes, e-bikes, or electronics
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Comfort using computers, tablets, and service software
  • Ability to learn and use Lightspeed POS
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to ask for help

Sales Floor Associate – E-Bike & E-Scooter

Location: Lake Forest Park, WA
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Department: Sales & Customer Experience

About the Role


Our Sales Floor Associates are the face of our brand. You will guide customers
through product options, answer questions, and help them find the perfect e-bike
or e-scooter for their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience both in person and over the phone
  • Explain product features, benefits, and differences
  • Conduct test rides and ensure customer safety
  • Process sales, warranties, and returns using Lightspeed POS
  • Maintain showroom organization and merchandising
  • Coordinate with the service team for product delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Comfort using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to learn and use Lightspeed POS
  • Interest in e-bikes, scooters, or sustainable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to ask for help
