If you buy from Amped Adventure we give you a free 1 year eMoto labor warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. You just get more.

Delivery Available

For an extra charge we can deliver your fully built bike to your doorstep. Bikes are sometimes hard to transport, we can take care of that for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Synchrony in store Financing, Shop Pay Financing online.

What is your return policy?

If you haven't ridden the bike and change your mind, we will refund your money. If you have ridden the bike less than 5 miles we will refund your money, if you've ridden it 5-25 miles there is a $300 refund charge. If you've ridden more than $25 miles we will take it as a trade in for whatever upway.co will offer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to be very accommodating so reach out asap, as we can likely change or cancel any order.

We will show you how to operate, charge, ride, and take care of your new eBike.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Eride Pro has a 1 year parts and labor warranty on their bikes. Amped Adventure adds a 1 year labor warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship domestic or internationally?

We DO NOT ship ERide's domestically or internationally.

Do you Deliver Locally?

We can deliver locally in the Seattle area. It's $50 if 10 miles or less from our shop, $75 for 10-20 miles, and $100 for 20-30 miles. Call for over 30 miles.
