The Aima eBikes can be equipped with fenders a front basket, a rear rack, pannier bags, rear baskets, etc. It can pull a trailer, or carry a paddleboard, you name it, it can handle it like a champ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Aima has a 2 year parts and labor warranty and Amped Adventure has a 3 year labor warranty if purchased from Amped Adventure.

What happens if I don't like it?

Please test ride as many times as you like before purchasing, but if you don't like it and haven't ridden it yet, you can get a full refund.

How long until I get my bike?

What's the returns policy?

If you haven't ridden it yet, you can get a full refund. If there are less than 10 miles on it and no damage, you can return it with a $300 fee, if there are more than 10 miles on it, we will refund you the value determined by upway.co

  • Most fun I've had on a bike, ever.

    I'm 58 and needed something to do besides sit around all day. I have a beach cruiser but it's too difficult to ride with my knee and back issues (growing old can be difficult). I was looking at ebikes for some time and decided to test ride a few at a local dealer. All were very impressive but the Aima Santa Monica stood out for me. The weight limit is 400lbs which I need. It's easy to operate once you get used to everything and it's just plain fun. I love the torque sensor and rarely use the thumb throttle to make it go. It is easy on my knees due to the power assist it gives me when I pedal. I am very happy I chose this as my first ebike.

  • Best all around ebike for the money

    I did a ton of research on a bunch of different brands and eventually settled on the Santa Monica for my wife and myself. Couldn't be happier! We always charge our batteries out of the bike so the safety auto shut off has not been an issue. I especially like that they only sell their stuff through brick and motar stores to support the little guys and help keep bike shops in business. Our Local bike shop was a lot of help too.
